BuyOrBye.fun provides community product voting: users submit products and visitors vote BUY or BYE. Votes are community sentiment, not professional advice, endorsements, or scientific research.

You must own or have the right to share anything you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote your listing (including in share cards, feeds, leaderboards and marketing). You must not submit spam, scams, adult or dangerous content, or anything infringing someone else's rights.

One vote per visitor per product. We may discard votes that look automated or abusive. We never sell votes, and paid products never receive vote manipulation of any kind.

Boosts are paid visibility in USD, processed by Dodo Payments: boosted listings reach more voters and are labeled "Boosted". Boosts do not alter vote counts or verdicts. If a boost fails to deliver, contact us and we will make it right, including refunds where appropriate.

We may review, hide, reject or remove any listing, comment or account that violates these terms or the law — including on community report. To report copyright infringement, contact us with the listing URL, proof of ownership, and your contact details, and we will act promptly.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on community votes, for user content, or for linked third-party sites.
