Privacy policy

Account data: when you submit a product or sign in, we store your email address and anything you publish (product name, description, link, image, comments).

Votes and usage: votes, views, shares and URL clicks are recorded against an anonymous visitor identifier so we can enforce one vote per visitor per product and compute verdicts. Aggregated counts are public; individual voting histories are not.

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie (bob_visitor) to remember your anonymous visitor identity for voting. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are ever enabled, this policy will be updated first.

Paid Boosts are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We never see or store your card details — the provider shares only payment status and amounts with us.

We email you about your own products (submission received, product live) and account sign-in codes. No newsletters, no marketing spam, no list selling.

Published product content is public by design. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page.

BuyOrBye.fun is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
